     ZeroSpeed™ is the Quantum Controls electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic package for new construction. OnAnchor™ works with existing Vosper 3-L systems, and is a featured upgrade at Quantum Controls and Quantum Stabilizers, the world's largest independent source for Vosper parts and service.

     The concept? Simple... move the right fins at the right speed on the right vessel and the generated lift can reduce roll, even adrift, even at anchor...
