The unit pictured above is one such configuration- we have set it up for two windlasses, a washdown pump, and the bow thruster, putting total control of the bow functions in the palm of your hand.

     The thruster control is electronically ramped, with a four second build to full power. The windlass controls are two speed, with a positive detent in the switch to assure feedback to the user. The electronic controls in the Quantum Integrated System make fine-tuning these control parameters to the user's specifications possible.

     Switching on the transmitter begins the process of secure communication with the Quantum Integrated System. The unit becomes operational when a receiver is acquired, and data security is achieved. When a function is selected, the Integrated System checks for hydraulic power. If the main engine or generator driven pump is not providing hydraulic power, the Integrated System's electric backup is energized. To avoid constant starting and stopping, each control input energizes the pump for a one-minute run. If the transmitter detects a fault, all controls return to the neutral position for maximum safety. The transmitter also has an emergency "off" switch which returns the Quantum Integrated System to a totally safe condition.
